Транспортировка СДЭК обошлась около 600 руб. в одну сторону. Сам ремонт 6450 руб.

долго решал проблему.
Harman написал следующее:
Some xti-4000 amplifiers were built in the spring of 2007, which may not show up in the Venue View in System Architect. It can be detected if you open the Network Wizard window, the device will appear, but the description field will contain an invalid character. You will not be able to use System Architect until the firmware has been reloaded. You must use the CLoader Utility (contained in the SA download, separate application). NOTE: The new firmware (1.1.3.x or newer) must be downloaded TWICE!!! After that, the amplifier should work just fine with System Architect with no problems.

отмечу что завелась только со второй перепрошивки как и написано.
