More dynamic range
Less distortion
Better analog output circuit - lower noise
More output headroom - +21 dBu vs +16 dBu in X-Air
Better/Heavier Duty PSU - the MR18 weighs a lot more than the XR18
Neutrik connectors
NO Hi-Z inputs - inputs 1&2 have a 20 db better noise floor compared to XR18.
