Написал в Allen & Heath Product Support. Вот ответ - "This is common behaviour with any digital desk, and is just due to slight differences in processing times.
With some older desks, there was a difference between the Group outputs too, but on the Qu the difference is just between the LR mix and Mix/Group outputs.

Usually, when using groups, you would un-route the signal from the Main Mix to avoid the comb filtering."
Как я понял - "всё хорошо, прекрасная маркиза!", так и должно быть! А если погнал сигнал в подгруппу, то нефиг его же на мастера совать!
Думаю ждать обновления нет смысла...
